Buying coins
The store, what happens after you pay, and the two things that can delay a delivery.
What is for sale
Coins, and only coins. Keys, ranks and cosmetics are bought with coins from the coinshop — so the store has one product with four sizes and one price list.

Bonus coins are credited with the bundle, in the same transaction. There is no code to redeem and nothing to claim in game.
Paying
Checkout goes through ToyyibPay, which handles FPX, cards and DuitNow QR. Your banking details never touch this server — you are on ToyyibPay's own page, and the server only ever hears "this order was paid".
What happens after you pay
- You land back on a thank-you page. It shows your order and its state. This page only reads — it never decides whether you paid.
- ToyyibPay tells the server, server to server. That is the message that matters, and it is cryptographically checked before anything is credited.
- The server notices within a few seconds. It checks for new purchases constantly while somebody is mid-checkout.
- Your coins land in your balance. Nothing to type, nothing to claim.
Usually this is seconds. If the thank-you page still says it is confirming after a minute, that is normal — it means the bank has not confirmed to ToyyibPay yet, and it usually resolves shortly after. The page does not need to stay open. A lost confirmation is also re-checked automatically for the next 24 hours, so a payment whose message goes missing still settles.
The two things that delay a delivery
You are not online. Coins are credited to a player who is on the server. Buy from your phone while out and the order is held until you next log in — it is not lost, and it does not expire. The hold is announced so we know someone is waiting.
You typed your username wrong. The delivery goes to the name you entered, exactly. A typo means the coins went to whoever actually owns that name. This is the one mistake we cannot undo, so check it before you pay.
If something goes wrong
Nothing has been charged is the answer for most failures — a refused bill means the gateway never took the money, and the store will say so.
If the money has left your account and the coins have not arrived within a few minutes, open a ticket in Discord with your order reference. It is on the thank-you page and it looks like ELD-1789660072112-7e2d74. With that reference a purchase can be found in seconds; without it, it is a search.
A note on what you are buying
Coins have no cash value, cannot be withdrawn, and are usable only inside the server. Delivered coins are not refundable. Ranks bought with coins last 30 days.
