Ranks

Fourteen ranks in one ladder - five you earn, five you buy, and the staff branch above them.

One ladder

Every rank inherits the one below it, so holding a rank means holding everything under it. That is why a rank's perk list on this page only names what is new.

default (0) → traveler (10) → adventurer (20) → hunter (30) → champion (40) → legend (50)
                                                                  → noble (60) → royal (70)
                                                                  → mythic (80) → celestial (90)
                                                                  → sovereign (100)

traveler → helper (200) → moderator (210) → admin (220) [staff branch]

Free ranks are default through legend. You earn them by playing.

Paid ranks are noble through sovereign. They are sold in the coinshop for 30 days at a time.

Earning a rank

/rankup moves you up the free ladder when you meet the requirements. They are combinations of playtime, distance travelled and mob kills — all things you do anyway. No rank on the free ladder costs money.

Rank Weight Homes
default 0 1
traveler 10 7
adventurer 20 9
hunter 30 12
champion 40 15
legend 50 20

Buying a rank

Paid ranks are bought with coins in the coinshop. Each lasts 30 days.

Rank Coins Weight Homes
Noble 2,000 60 9
Royal 4,000 70 12
Mythic 6,000 80 15
Celestial 8,000 90 18
Sovereign 10,000 100 20

Buying one does not replace what you have. The purchase adds the paid rank on top of your earned one, and it expires back off after its 30 days. A Legend who buys Noble is a Legend with Noble — not a Noble. That also means a paid rank can never strip something you earned.

What the paid ranks add on top of the free ladder:

  • Noble — coloured chat and /nick. Everything above inherits both.
  • Royal, Mythic, Celestial, Sovereign — more homes, and the rank tag itself.

Coloured chat is the paid-only feature. No free rank has it.

Staff ranks

helper, moderator and admin branch off traveler and sit above every paid rank in the ladder. Paid ranks never outrank staff.

Rank Can do
helper Watch and report. No powers.
moderator Mute, kick, ban, jail, vanish, inspect block history
admin Everything, including infrastructure and configuration

What your rank does on screen

Your tablist and nametag are one string:

[class level] [class] [Rank] yourname

The rank is the tag in brackets, and it is why the tablist sorts the way it does — rank first, then class level. See Classes for the level part.
