Server info

Version, addresses, Java and Bedrock, and how to get help.

Connecting

Bedrock players are not second-class here: the shop, the crates and the menus all have Bedrock versions, and they open automatically rather than needing a separate command.

What runs underneath

The server is a Folia server, which means it is built for performance and spreads work across many threads. You should never notice, with two consequences worth knowing:

• Entities far from any player stop ticking. A fight you leave resolves itself rather than continuing while you are away — which is correct, and occasionally means a boss is right where you left it.
• Some commands are deliberately unavailable from the console. That is a staff-side limitation, not a player one.

Finding your way

• The town is the hub: shops, crates, leaderboards, the bounty NPC and the waypoint NPCs.
• The compass in your inventory opens the menu hub.
• This wiki is generated from the same numbers the plugins use, so it is as current as the last rebuild.

Getting help

Discord is the way. Ask there for anything — a missing delivery, a broken button, a question about a price. Reporting a bug is welcome and useful, and there is no penalty for being wrong about what is broken.

What to include when you report something:

• What you did, in order
• What you expected, and what happened instead
• Your username, if it is about your own account or a purchase
• A screenshot, if it is visual

For a purchase problem, have your order reference ready. It looks like ELD-1789660072112-7e2d74 and it is on the thank-you page after checkout. Without it, finding your payment means searching by hand.

Staff

There are three staff ranks: helper, moderator and admin. Helpers watch and report; moderators can mute, kick and ban; admins can do anything. See Rules and building for what gets you removed rather than warned.
